Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, bookings made for weekend visits must be submitted before 15:00 on Fridays. Please note visiting hours are between 09:00 to 16:00. Successful visit requests will be confirmed via email. In exceptional cases where residents are unable to be outside an arrangement can be made for a visit inside.
