If you want to make an appointment to visit a resident in frail care, look for an open spot on the first calendar and click here.
If you want to make an appointment to visit a resident in semi frail care, look for an open spot on the second calendar and click here
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, bookings made for weekend visits must be submitted before 15:00 on Fridays. Please note visiting hours are between 09:00 to 16:00 with a 30 minute time cap on all visitations during this period. Requests exceeding this time cap will not be granted and be removed from the calendar. Successful visit requests will be confirmed via email.
