Should you wish to apply for admittance to Ekklesia Park Home, the applicant would be required to provide us with a completed application form, as well as a completed medical form; the medical to be completed by your general practitioner.
Please note applicants will be subject to an assessment by our expert management team before admission. This interview in collaboration with the management team serves as a combined assessment of the applicants’ needs. On acceptance the date of occupation will be decided on.
